With 696 rooms one of the largest hotel in the city. The hotel boasts 2 large ballrooms, able to host functions beyond 2000 guests. The hotel restaurants include its famous Shang Palace Chinese Restaurant, Da Vinci Italian Restaurant and Café Yum and all day dining with its magnificent buffet and world cuisine, serving the best culinary delights of all regions.

The city Qingdao, also known as Tsingtao is home to China's most famous beer brand "Tsingtao Beer" www.tsingtaobeer.com ( ?????), established in 1903. The city also has the world's longest sea bridge, the Qingdao Haiwan Bridge with 26.7 km of length.
